Sarah Heil Custom Art LLC is seeking a dedicated, kind, and goal-driven individual to join the team. This position is open to one candidate who fills out the application. My goal is to accept one young adult who has faced hardships in their life but despite what they have gone through, has a drive to create a better path.

This internship is also a mentorship. The responsibilities entail showing up on time and having good communication skills, assisting me at painting events in the community, helping manage social media, project prep, and other business-related tasks. I am choosing one candidate who has good character, wants to make a difference in other’s lives, and is motivated and driven. In exchange for the help the intern provides, I will provide guidance and teach them what I have learned as a young multi-prenuer.

This is a great experience to add to your resume and to your reference list. You will receive first-hand experience on what it is like to run a business while learning how to build your own.

The selected candidate should be consistently hardworking and dedicated to both their intern position and their goals. As a mentor, I will help the individual step by step in the beginning stages of creating a business. Other opportunities may be available depending upon progress, work ethic, and funds available. For example, if the individual shows to all events, is serious about starting their own business, and presents a reasonable plan, there is the possibility of sponsoring their initial start-up fees, etc. I want to help this candidate succeed and I want to help them find resources beyond myself as well. If the candidate fails to follow the above responsibility requirements, the internship/mentorship terminates.

Applicant Requirements:

Adults or at least 17 years old
An individual who has faced hardships and seeks entrepreneurship or innovation
Embodies kindness and has a drive to improve
Good communication skills
Has reliable transportation
From Florence, Bordentown, Hamilton or a surrounding township

Internship Requirements:

Must show up on time to agree upon events
Help manage and run social media accounts
Assisting at paint events
Project prep and other related business tasks
